STIs, anal dysplasia and anal symptoms among older gay and bisexual men: Findings from the SPANC Study

ABSTRACT
The Study for the Prevention of Anal Cancer (SPANC) is a prospective study of older gay and bisexual men in Sydney. This seminar will review the prevalence and associations of anal symptoms among SPANC participants. The incidence and associations of sexually transmitted infections in SPANC, along with recent temporal trends in chlamydia testing yield at RPA Sexual Health, will also be reviewed.
ABOUT YOUR SPEAKER
Sian Goddard is a third year PhD student at the Kirby Institute. She has worked as a sexual health registrar since 2014 and is currently working at Sydney Sexual Health Centre.
